- The photo should be high-resolution (not blurry, pixelated, small, or a screenshot).

- Faces should be fully visible (not cropped or too close to the camera).

- If outdoors, please avoid harsh shadows or bright sunlight on faces.

- Lighting should be even — not too dark or too bright.

- Make sure the number of people/pets meets the number of figures allowed for your crystal size.

- Avoid photos taken from angles that distort proportions.

If the photo doesn’t quite meet these requirements, we may reach out to you to ask for an alternative. Once we’ve received a good image for your 3D crystal, we’ll move forward with production.

Yes, you can choose a Heart 3D Crystal for Mom; a Rectangle or Square for Dad/Husband, and personalize with names and dates.

Depending on where you'll place the crystal, it may be hard to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. So we advise buying the Light Base along with the crystal. It lights up the engraving and makes it much easier to see the image. We always say that it gives life to the crystal.

The production time is 1-2 business days. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.

We do not offer proofs for individual orders. Since our designers do their best to match the 3D engraving to the submitted image, your photo serves as proof. If you really must see a proof, please specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ section. Do keep in mind that if a proof is asked for, the production period becomes prolonged.

Please be sure to specify any instructions you have for the designers in the "Special Instructions" section upon placing an order. If the customer does not write in the Special Instructions Section, the designers have free will to move around the image and text, to allow for the best possible outcome of the crystal.

You can see the option to keep the background on the product page. Keep in mind that we can only add the background in 2D.

Yes. You can see the recommended number of figures in the size selection section on the products page. If the picture you upload has more figures than the recommended, we'll proceed with the design in 2D, and each figure will look tiny on the engraving.

On each 3D crystal page, when you select the crystal size, you can see its recommended light base options.

Yes, we ship to places all around the world! Some areas that we do not ship to (yet!) include Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. As for shipping and handling pricing, that would all depend on your country, what shape, size, and weight of your entire order, and if you need the crystal to be shipped with expedited shipping.
