How Long Does It Take?
Most 3D previews are ready within 4–16 hours from the moment you place your order. Orders received before 2 PM CST on a business day are usually previewed the same day; orders after 2 PM are previewed the next morning.

What photos work best?
Sharp, well-lit photos with clear faces deliver the best results. Smartphone photos are usually fine. We’ll enhance your image as part of our process.
Can you engrave multiple people or pets?
Yes. Many of our sizes support multiple subjects, check the product page for recommended limits.
Do you offer light bases?
Yes. A light base elevates the glow and depth of the engraving, especially in low-light settings.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The production time is between 24 hours and 48 hours. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.
