K9 optical crystal is scratch-resistant and water-safe — the engraving is locked inside the glass, not on its surface. Wipe with the included microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints from the edges. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which is the only environment that can dim a 3D photo crystal over a span of decades. A drop of dish soap in warm water is safe for occasional deeper cleaning. Standard production is 5–7 business days from photo approval. Express production (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts.
